Pre & Postnatal Personal Training
Who Is This Good For :

*If you are currently pregnant or on your journey to conceive
*If you are not sure what exercises are safe to do during and after pregnancy
*If you would like to reduce or avoid Diastasis Recti (stomach separation)
*If you would like to reduce postpartum conditions such as: leaking when sneezing and jumping, chances of needing a c-section, chances of prolapse or vaginal tearing during delivery.
*If you would like to get your stomach back and strengthen your core and pelvic floor after baby

​Your pelvic floor muscle has been stretched and weakened during pregnancy and delivery. My job is to bring that strength back! I will help guide you as we work to regain your core and strengthen your pelvic floor. Join me as I work to help women gain a positive and safe fitness experience during and after pregnancy. Reduce stomach separation, prolapse, leaking of urine when sneezing, coughing, or jumping. As you go through one of the most physically demanding experiences, rest assure you will be working with a qualified professional that will help you feel more comfortable with your exercises and your body.

Each fitness program is personalized for each client.  Workouts will be created based on clients goals and fitness level.

30 min sessions:
30min sessions $45/session
30min 6 Package $240 ($40/session

One hour sessions:
1 Package $95/ session
6 Package Program $540 ($90/session)
12 Package Program $1,020 ($85/session)
​24 Package Program $1,920 ($80/session)


Partner Training (workout with a friend!)
Single session $150 ($75 each)

Cancellation Policy:

**A 12-Hour cancellation policy applies for all appointments.  If client does not cancel appointment within the 12hrs they will be charged for that  session.  If client is 10mins or more late for their session, their session will be considered a late cancellation and client will be charged for that session. Partner training sessions must have both individuals present.  Payments are made before client's first session.  All sales are final.
