Exercise after baby is very important as your body has been through so much. Consequently, I work with you to strengthen your pelvic floor, exercises to prevent urinary incontinence, prolapse.
Working out with someone can be very motivating and fun and a great way to hold yourself accountable or bond with someone. I provide couple and partner workouts! Bring a friend, a significant other, or family member. Please keep in mind that both individuals must be present for the workout to get the partner discount.
